- - - | 18th Century Connecticut wall of Paneling Palmer House Item # 2431 Click HERE to inquire about this item American Architectural wall panel,18th century American paneling,This period American 18th century wall paneling came from the 1754 Palmer House in Branford Connecticut. This period antique paneling is hand planed tongue and groove. Removed from the historic Palmer house with museum quality care. This fantastic and rare paneling has been in storage for over 20 years.This paneling would make a great screen or room divider It is truly a work of art taking the appearance of a piece of modern sculpture. All original paint and surface. There are ten pieces in the group and the hand planed boards measure 13 to 18 inches wide and 7/8 inches thick. The paneling will be professionally packed and crated to insure damage free transport to your location. The crating charge would be $300.

It has 48 lights of glass, 6 are missing 2 are cracked all remaining are old original panes. The unit is stripped to its old pine wood surface. It is in excellent condition and needs some minor repairs on the lower portion. The other units went all over the country and serve as interior room dividers. The unit will be shipped in a custom built shipping crate enclosed with 3 quarter inch plywood to insure damage free transport to your location. The crating charge for this item will be $375.00. The piece was removed by museum quality professionals and will arrive in custom crates to insure damage free shipping to any location. Also included in this rare offering is the original step stone the entry piece rests on. It is a heavy hand quarried piece of limestone that has a beautiful walk worn surface. - - - - - - - - | Large Arch Top Windows from Connecticut Item # 2445 Click HERE to inquire about this item These window sash were removed from a historic Connecticut structure, the old Clinton Light and power building Clinton, CT. They are in very good condition and need some minor repairs.A master timber framer used two sets for his own new home because they so wonderful. The lower six windows were set up as operational double hung sash. They were approx. two feet off the floor having a height of about sixteen feet to the top of the arch.Each of the three sections is nine foot nine inches wide. The top arch section is five feet two inches high, the mid section is two feet four inches high and the bottom section is six feet two inches high. MOST OF THE GLASS IS ORIGINAL and RETAIN OLD OUTSIDE PAINT AND ORIGINAL NEVER PAINTED INTERIOR WOOD SURFACE. Sash will arrive in custom shipping crates, a crating charge of $250. Per set will apply. They can be sent by our truck or common carrier depending on your location and our availability. Give us an address with zip code for a quote. Four sets available! Eleven sash per set.
